Your student will have some work to do this week. I know it is hard with the holidays to get homework done, so please make sure they have at least 30 minutes every day to read or write.

Dear Parents, 

There has been some confusion about what is due for the semester project today. NOTHING is due today and the whole project will not be due until January. The whole class will have an assignment to turn in on Sunday, but it is only one small part of the larger project. Your students will receive more information about it in class today. 

For the most up-to-date information, check the "Homework" and "Project" tabs on the blog. I think that the confusion may have stemmed from the Thursday Paper on the blog. The homework listed is for the day that it is ASSIGNED not DUE. So on Thursday where it says "semester project assignment," that means that I will assign it today and it will be due on Sunday.
